Career Developmnent Activity - April 2011

St. Albert's College - Toonskool organised a two day Career Development Activity on 25th and 26th April 2011. St. Albert's College Principal Capt. Prof. Robert Stanley inaugurated the Boot camp for the final year students. The Final year batch students were given training by Rev. Fr. Toby Joseph SJ and Dr. Edward Edezhath on differnt topics. Various topics like How to handle interview, COmmunication Skills, Ettiquetties, Resume Creation etc. were taken in the activity.

Animation Short Film Fest
Dept. of Animation organized an Animation Short Fest on 24th May 2009. Famous Film Director Mr. Lal Jose inaugurated the Animation Short Film Fest. Rev. Dr. Clement Valluvassery , Manager delivered the keynote speech, Prof. Robert Stanley, Principal presided the meeting. Prof. Leslie Pallath, Director of St. Albert's Institutions of Higher Education, Shri. Shine Antony, Coordinator, Dept. of Animation felicitated the program

Fifty short films were exhibited in the Fest. The Film appreciation and anlaysis was lead by the faculty team of the Animation Department. Various Animation techniques like Traditional Animation, Stop Motion, Claymation, Hand Painted, Cut Out Animation, Russian Animation, Experimental Animation, Award Animation, Flash Animation & Digital Cut Out Animation were exhibited.

Seminar 2 : Drama

Second Seminar was lead by Prof. Elishwes. In his session he pointed out the features of the Western and Eastern styles of acting. He also shared his experience in the field of Theatre in Thailand.

• Won 3rd Prize in Painting Competition organised by Ministry of Forestry and Welfare, Kerala Govt. in 2007 and 2008.

• Won 1st Prize in Painting and Pencil Drawing Competitions organized by Thripunithura Muncipality in Athachamaya Fest in 2007 and 2008.
